Danny Steele is a Principal that Believes in Intentional Connections and Checking In Ep. 154

In over 25 years of education, Danny Steele has nearly done it all. Currently servicing as Principal in Alabama, Danny takes pride in his staff and his interactions with his students. He takes his role as administrator as a leader by example for his school, staff, and students. Recently, Danny came up with the idea of intentionally making connections with students by asking them to check in on him, instead of the other way around, to make sure he is having a good day.
